CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Before Shipment (Applicable to Orders within India):

If your order or item(s) are yet to be shipped, please reach out to our customer support team at contact@vanitywagon.in  or call us at +91 9289209169 (9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri). We'll promptly cancel your order, and you can expect a refund within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation is processed.

Cancellation After Shipment (Applicable to Orders within India):

  • If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team or call us on +91 9289209169 (9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri).
  • If you wish to cancel an order which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. A return charge of ₹100 will be applicable in such cases. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 48-72 business hours.

Please note: We do not guarantee the suitability of the products for the purposes you may have purchased them from www.vanitywagon.in. It is highly advisable to consult your skin specialist/dermatologist or any competent medical expert before using any cosmetic products. We do not assume any responsibility for adverse medical conditions that may arise if the products are used without prior verification from a medical expert. Any claims regarding reactions or damage due to product usage should be directly addressed to the respective manufacturing company.

We do not provide warranties for these products and do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, or content of third-party sellers. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

  1. How do I return an item purchased on Vanity Luxe?

Vanity Luxe offers its customers an 'Easy return policy', wherein you can request a return of a product within 2 Business Days of receiving its delivery. We also accept partial returns, allowing you to request a return for one or all products in your order.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (contact@vanitywagon.in) or call us at +91 9289209169  (9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri) within 2 Business Days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will schedule a return pick-up within 2-4 business days. The replacement process will be initiated only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
  1. How can I request a replacement for an item on Vanity Luxe?

If your request is for a replacement, please note that it is subject to the availability of stock. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will initiate a full refund for you.

  1. Which items cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Request is generated after 2 Business Days of receiving the order (Conditions Apply)
  • Product is damaged due to use by the customer.
  • Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
  • Defective products not covered under the Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • Free product provided by the brand.
  • The product is deemed suitable for use as per the advice of the manufacturing brand and has no issues.
  • The product is wrongly purchased by the customer, in which case the customer needs to check the items prior to receiving the order.
  • Order placed using Gift Card & EMI payment mode.

  1. I have received a damaged, defective item, or wrong product in my order. How should I proceed?

Our shipments undergo robust quality check processes before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or cancellation within 2 Business Days of receiving the package.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/replacement within 5 days of receiving the order:

  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. The replacement process will be initiated only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Note: If a replacement is requested, it is subject to the availability of stock. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.


  1. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

  1. Can I return part of my order?

Yes,you can request a return for specific items. If you've ordered multiple items, feel free to request a return, replacement, or refund for any individual item. However, please ensure that any product being returned includes all components, as well as any complimentary gifts or products that were included.

  1. How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund (less of return charges) once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we provide the hassle-free option of refund through Vanity Luxe coupons, which can be used during future purchases.This process will be completed within 48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  1. How will I be refunded for canceled orders, and what is the processing time?

If an order is canceled before shipment, we process the refund within 48 business hours upon receiving the cancellation request.

In the case of cancellation after the shipment has been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund (excluding return charges) once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account within 48 business hours of us receiving the products back. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we initiate a refund through Vanity Luxe coupons, usable for future purchases. This process is completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back.
  1. What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during the time of payment, and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and are treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
