By placing an order with Vanity Luxe ("Vanity Luxe", "we", "us" or "our") for products sold on the Site ("Products"), you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"). Please read these T&Cs carefully, and if you are unhappy with any aspect, you should contact one of our advisors before placing an order with us.


We may amend these T&Cs from time to time. Please check the top of this page to see when these T&Cs were last updated. Every time you order Products from us, the T&Cs in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us. If we have to revise these T&Cs and this has a material impact on your order, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel the contract if you are not happy with the changes.

    By choosing to visit the Site in India to purchase our Products, you agree that any purchase you make, regardless of your place of residence, will occur in India and will be governed by these Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and the laws of the Government of India. Any use of currencies other than INR is purely for your ease of reference.

    1. Eligibility

    In order to make a purchase through the Site or to use the services or features available to you, you must register. During registration, you will need to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including your name, telephone number, and email address. It is important that this information remains up-to-date, and you must promptly update your personal online account if any changes occur. We reserve the right to modify registration requirements as needed.


    When placing orders, you will be asked to provide payment details. By providing these details, you confirm that they are valid and accurate, and you assert that you are the individual associated with the billing information provided.


    The purchase of Products through the Site is limited to individuals who can legally enter into contracts in accordance with English law.


    1. Pricing policy

    We have taken great care in preparing the content of this Site, particularly ensuring that the details, descriptions, and prices quoted are accurate at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the Products or the prices as advertised on this Site. All prices are displayed including GST and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus GST at the current rate and delivery charges as set out during the checkout process. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order. Items in your online Shopping Cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the Product's detail page.


    1. Availability

    All Products are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our Site remain in effect for as long as the Products are available or as otherwise stated on our Site. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available.


    1. Online ordering process

    The ordering process consists of the following steps:


    1. Add the Products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
    2. Select your preferred delivery method.
    3. If you would like to send your order as a gift, choose the gift wrapping option during the delivery options stage. You'll then have the opportunity to add a personal message with a gift note.
    4. Provide a delivery address, a billing address, and any requested payment information.
    5. Carefully read and accept the T&Cs.
    6. Before submitting your order, review the Products to be purchased, their prices (including any additional charges and fees such as delivery costs), and all the information you've submitted.
    7. Click 'Submit' to finalize your order.

    1. Ordering errors

    You can correct errors on your order up to the point where you click 'submit order' on the final page of our ordering process.


    1. Pre-ordering

    No payment is taken for pre-ordered items until they are dispatched from our warehouse. We aim to dispatch all pre-ordered items as soon as they become available for shipping, although dispatch dates can be subject to change. Delivery dates will depend on the chosen delivery method at the time of purchase.


    1. Back orders

    Some items may be available for back order when they are out of stock, and we anticipate new stock arriving at our warehouse soon. No payment is taken for back-ordered items until they are dispatched from our warehouse. We aim to dispatch all back-ordered items as soon as they become available for shipping, although dispatch dates are subject to change. Delivery dates will depend on the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.


    1. Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

    We will promptly notify you by email upon receipt of your order, providing you with an order number. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order after this acknowledgment, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of the issue.


    Confirmation of your order's acceptance will be sent through email once the Products have been dispatched, known as the 'Dispatch Confirmation.' This Dispatch Confirmation constitutes a legally binding contract between us. In the rare event that a Dispatch Confirmation is not sent due to a processing error, the Contract is formed when the Products are dispatched to you.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject your order if a Product is out of stock, if a pricing error is identified, or if payment authorization cannot be obtained.     1. Delivery

    We offer nationwide delivery, with all parcels requiring a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. For any delivery inquiries, please contact our Customer Services team at +91 9289209169 during business hours.


    We will deliver your merchandise according to the delivery option you select. Please review our delivery options below for complete details and terms. Orders to a single address may be delivered in one or more shipments, with only one delivery charge applicable. If you request delivery to multiple addresses, a separate charge will apply for each destination. Please note that delivery timescales provided are approximate.


    We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control. In the event of delays due to circumstances outside our control, we will notify you promptly and take necessary steps to minimize any impact. While we will not be responsible for delays caused by such events, you may contact us if there is a significant risk of delay, and we will arrange a refund for any undelivered products.


    Upon receiving your Products, we will provide sufficient information for you to exercise your statutory right to cancel, return, or exchange them. For further details, please refer to the cancellation and return policies under applicable Indian laws.


    With every order, you may select complimentary samples. If you have a specific product in mind, please contact our Customer Services team, and we will assist you to the best of our ability. Please note that this offer is subject to stock availability, and Vanity Luxe reserves the right to substitute samples or withdraw the offer at any time.


    Our standard delivery service is available for most addresses in India. However, adverse weather conditions may cause delivery delays. Additionally, during sale periods and promotional offers, delivery times may be longer.


    1. Inspection

    Upon receiving your order, please inspect the Products to ensure that everything specified on the delivery note is included. If there are any discrepancies or issues, please notify us promptly. You will be considered to have accepted the order unless you notify us otherwise and return the Products in accordance with your cancellation rights or other statutory rights (as referred to below).


    1. Payment

    Payment can be made through any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, and COD (Cash on Delivery). Payment will be debited and cleared from your account when your order is dispatched. By using a credit or debit card for payment, you confirm that the card belongs to you. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses payment or does not authorize it for any reason, Vanity Luxe will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Products. Legal ownership of all Products remains with Vanity Luxe until full payment has been received. If we refund any payment for the Products, legal ownership of the Products will immediately revert to Vanity Luxe. Risk in the Products transfers to you upon delivery.

    1. Sale

    All sale and promotional items have been displayed and available for purchase at the original, higher price for at least 28 days online before being reduced to the stated reduced price on the Site. Some items within the sale are promotional, and therefore, the prices of these items are subject to change and may increase after the sale period. Standard Indian delivery of Sale purchases may take up to 7 working days. Sale items may take longer to arrive due to the volume of orders placed during our sale period. Please note that while all products remain in pristine condition, the external packaging of sale items may appear slightly worn due to the nature of the sale. Sale items cannot be gift-wrapped. Please be aware that an item could go out of stock during checkout, and your purchase is only confirmed once dispatched.


    1. Competitions and prizes

    These rules apply to all prize promotions, including free draws, prize competitions, and instant win offers.

    1. From time to time, Vanity Luxe will run competitions, free prize draws, and promotions on this Site. These may be subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.
    2. Prize draws are open to all residents of India, except employees of Vanity Luxe, the promoter, and their immediate families, as well as anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
    3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
    4. Vanity Luxe reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
    5. No purchase is necessary to enter the competitions unless otherwise stated in the promotional activity with a specific competition.

    1. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.
    2. By entering the promotion, the entrant agrees to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
    3. Winners will be notified by e-mail within one month of the end of the promotion. Winners have five business days to respond in full to the email, or another winner will be drawn.
    4. By entering the promotion, the winner(s) consent to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion and use on websites, magazines, or mobile services at any time.
    5. The Site Editor's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    6. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
    7. Only one entry per person. Spammers will be disqualified.
    8. Vanity Luxe will not accept responsibility for loss due to technical faults or incomplete, illegible, or otherwise damaged entries. Proof of entry does not automatically constitute proof of receipt.

    10. Details of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a SAE addressed to Vanity Luxe at RZ-31, ROSHAN MANDI, NAJAFGARH, South West Delhi, Delhi, 110043, within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion.

    1. Our liability for loss or damage suffered by you

    We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these T&Cs, we will be responsible for loss or damage that you suffer, which is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen (for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process).


    We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Products as summarized here.


    We only supply Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Products for any commercial, business, or resale purposes. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

    We may transfer our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another organization and we will always notify you in writing if this happens (but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these T&Cs). You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these T&Cs to another person if we agree in writing.


    1. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

    This Site is provided to you "AS IS". We make no representations regarding the use of or the result of the use/depiction of the Contents on the Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Vanity Luxe shall not be liable for any loss suffered in any manner by the user as a result of depending directly or indirectly on the depiction of the Content on this Site.


    You acknowledge that this Site is provided only on the basis set out in the Terms of Use. Your uninterrupted access or use of this Site on this basis may be prevented by certain factors outside our reasonable control including, without limitation, the unavailability, inoperability or interruption of the internet or other telecommunications services or as a result of any maintenance or other service work carried out on this Site.


    Vanity Luxe shall have the right, at any time, to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use. Vanity Luxe does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.
